Overnight rains and morning mist. The wettest created by those rains slows us down on outside projects. But we do need the rain as the region and much of the state are experiencing drought conditions. There are those in our area whose wells have run dry, a situation I don’t want to experience. You don’t realize how much water plays a role in your daily life.

So bring on the rains, there are indoor projects to complete and raincoats to wear on a walk in the woods.
