If you could start a new business right now, what would it be?

If I could start a new business, it would be something cool, something of interest to me and something enjoyable enough that it would not feel like work. A business in which I could making a living, while not feeling the daily grind pulling me down.

A business in which I was able to meet interesting people. To have meaningful conversations over a good cup of coffee. Building relationships that improve us all.

A business where employees are happy to arrive on a Monday morning. Where they feel valued and trusted.

For me, it’s less about what the business does and more about how it does it.
