This was an impromptu stop on my way to work recently. A visit off the beaten path to enjoy a little bit of nature before what I knew would be a busy workday. The songs of a few Canada geese from the tall grass brought the scene around me to life.

My visit, despite being short, was a perfect way to relax for a moment. Just what I needed to help deal with the stresses awaiting me in the workday ahead that would attempt to drag me down.
