I was either being greeted or questioned by a White Throated Magpie Jay on my first day in Costa Rica. This one was one of five who decided the porch at the villa I’m staying at looked like a good place to rest for a few minutes. Hopefully, there will be more birds and other wildlife to see and photograph.
