Jewelweed at Sunrise

Recently, during my early morning travels, I stopped by Little Sebago Lake on the Windham side. The sun had just started its journey for the day.

The clouds and sunlight were mixing well, as the image being created was reflected off the lake water.

As I was preparing to take a photo of all of this, I lowered my line of sight, trying to get a better shot. The Jewelweed (Spotted touch-me-not) popped into my view as I changed my line of sight. They had been there all along, but they had been below my line of sight.

I’m glad I lowered my line of sight, otherwise I would have missed this shot.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
