In Belfast, there is a pedestrian bridge, the Belfast Armistice Bridge. Built in 1921, the bridge crosses the Passagassawakeag River, initially carrying US Route 1, and connects East and West Belfast. On the western side, the bridge connects to the Rail Trail.
A great place to get close to the water and enjoy some time outside.
