A recent morning drive brought me this scene. Belong to the trees at the forefront of the photo is a swamp, from which the morning fog is rising. I like this photo’s different effects: the morning fog, the light from the rising sun, part of the sky clear, and part cloudy. I’ve written it before, but the natural world paints a picture for us and changes the details of that painting right in front of us.
